Don't Waste That Hide, TAN IT
! If you
are a Hunter who has saved his venison but tossed out your hide,
PAY ATTENTION. You should be saving your
Hides so that you can trade them towards your next WB Place deerskin
garment. Just one hide could produce the leather you need for
2 pair of gloves, a pistol case, or either a purse or
wallet. See our LTSC program for
details. WB Place has provided you with our Step-by Step Guide to
help you prepare your hides for
processing.
|
Measurement Instructions The
following is a guide based on average deerskin being 9-10
square ft. Many variables can affect square footage such as
size and quality of hides, size of garment, and alterations
required. If you supply more than is needed, the unused hide
or a credit slip for unused footage will be returned to you.
If you do not send enough, you will be contacted to send another
hide or purchase the required footage
(NOTE: Due
to the scale of our production process, we cannot provide special
handling of Individual hides. We suggest unusual or prize-winning
hides be taken
elsewhere)
