Online Ordering To place an order, just add the items you would like to purchase to your cart. Once you submit your final order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number for future reference. Please review your order in detail before submitting as we cannot modify an order after it has been submitted. Online orders are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt. The ability to check your order status online is not yet available. We hope to offer it to our customers in the future.

Online Security Protecting your order information is a priority. The W. B. Place makes every effort to protect your online order information. W. B. Place uses SSL encryption to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than W. B. Place. Postage Charges Charges are based on the value of your order.

Sales Tax We are required by law to collect tax in those states where W. B. Place has a presence. Wisconsin tax's shipping and handling as well as merchandise. The actual amount will be applied to your credit card at the time of the order.

Pricing The price at which you purchase from our Online Store is the only one we can honor.

Returns/Exchanges All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of materials. Merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in sellable condition unless received damaged. In this event, you must call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-TAN-HIDE to notify us of the problem. We can only refund postage and handling costs if the return is the result of our error. There is a $50.00 restocking fee on all customer returns. Alterations must be made within 60 days of receipt of materials.

Delivery Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard delivery inside of the Continental U.S. for in-stock items.

Shipments Outside of the U.S. For shipments outside of the Continental U.S., there is an additional charge of $10 to the assessed postage and handling charge
